RackRibbon is an offline iPhone app. This page describes what it keeps on your device, what can leave it, and what this website records. The same policy is readable inside the app, with no connection. Last updated 5 September 2026.

What the app stores on your iPhone

One file per project, in the app's own folder on the device: the project name, the measurements you entered, the paper size and unit you chose, your group gaps, and each port's name.

While saving a project, and while handing a PDF to the share sheet, the app also writes ordinary temporary working files on the device. They belong to the app and go no further than the phone.

There is no profile, no contact information, no location, no device identifier and no advertising identifier, because the app never asks for any of them.

What we do not collect

Your projects and labels are not uploaded to Coded Realities or to anyone else. There is no server copy and no sync. The app contains no analytics, no crash-reporting service, no advertising and no tracking, and it has no networking code at all.

Two things can still take your work off the phone, and both are yours to decide: a PDF you share, and an Apple backup. Both are described next.

The PDF you share

When you share a label sheet it goes wherever you choose to send it, through the normal iOS share sheet. Once it is in a mail app, a notes app or a cloud drive, that service's own privacy practices apply rather than ours.

How long it is kept, and backups

A project stays on the iPhone until you delete it or remove the app. Deleting the app removes its projects from the device.

If a saved file cannot be read, it is moved aside and kept rather than rewritten or deleted, so the bytes are not lost. It stays on the phone like any other project file.

Your iPhone's device and iCloud backups may include the app's folder, depending on the backup settings you have chosen. Those backups are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and we have no access to them. RackRibbon runs no sync or backup of its own, so it cannot promise a restored phone will have your projects.

This website

These pages are static files with no scripts, no cookies, no analytics, no embeds and no web fonts, so nothing on them reports your visit to a third party. Cloudflare is the hosting provider and necessarily processes the request, including your IP address, in order to serve the page; that is Cloudflare's processing under its own terms, and we do not add a tracker of our own on top of it.

If a future version changes what the app stores or what can leave the device, this page will be updated and the date above will change. RackRibbon collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.
